Privacy Notice

Last updated: August 2026

At ITEVOX, SAPI de C.V. ("ITEVOX") your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Notice explains what personal data we process through this site, for what purposes and how you can exercise your rights, under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties published on March 20, 2025 (the "Law") and other applicable regulations.

1. Data controller

The party responsible for processing your personal data is ITEVOX, SAPI de C.V., with registered address at Anillo Periférico Blvd. Adolfo López Mateos 4293, Piso 3, Int. 300, Col. Jardines en la Montaña, Alcaldía Tlalpan, C.P. 14210, Mexico City, Mexico. For anything related to this notice you can reach us at info@itevox.tech.

2. Data we collect

We process the data you voluntarily provide through our forms: name, email, company and the content of your message; optionally, details about your infrastructure when you choose to share them.

As you browse, our server may log standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and site operation purposes.

We do not collect or process sensitive personal data (such as health status, ethnic or racial origin, beliefs or sexual preference) or financial or asset data through this site. Please do not include such data in your messages; if we ever receive it, we will delete it.

3. Purposes of processing

Primary purposes (necessary to handle your request): to handle your contact, demo or support requests; to manage your participation in the Design Partner program or our waitlists; to send you our newsletter when you subscribe to it — we will ask you to confirm the subscription by email, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every issue; and to stay in touch with you about those requests.

Secondary purposes (not necessary, requiring your consent): to improve our site and services and, where applicable, to send you information about our products. You may refuse or object to these at any time by writing to info@itevox.tech, without affecting how we handle your request.

4. Cookies and analytics

This site uses only strictly necessary cookies for its operation, such as remembering your language preference. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your activity to third parties. You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings.

To measure site usage we run Umami, a web analytics tool hosted on our own infrastructure. It sets no cookies, builds no profiles and does not track you across sites: it records only aggregate browsing data (page visited, referrer, country, device type and browser). These statistics are not shared with advertising platforms.

5. Transfers and processors

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not transfer it to third parties other than our processors. To run the site and deliver your messages we rely on providers acting as processors (for example, site hosting and form-handling tools) that only process data under our instructions. Some providers may be located outside Mexico; in those cases we seek equivalent protection measures.

We may transfer data without your consent only in the cases set out in article 36 of the Law (for example, when a transfer is provided for by law or required to safeguard a public interest or for the procurement or administration of justice). If we ever intended to make a different transfer, we would update this notice and obtain your consent first.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described and any applicable legal obligations. It is then blocked for the applicable limitation period —during which it can no longer be processed— and afterwards securely deleted or anonymized.

7. Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or processing. No system is infallible; if a security breach ever significantly affected your rights, we would inform you immediately so you can take the appropriate measures.

8. Your rights (ARCO)

You have the right to Access your personal data, Rectify it when it is inaccurate or outdated, Cancel it and Object to its processing (ARCO rights). Exercising them is free of charge: only justified costs of reproduction, copies or delivery could be charged.

To exercise them, send your request to info@itevox.tech —handled by our personal-data team— stating: your name and a way to send you our response; documents proving your identity or, where applicable, your representative's; a clear description of the personal data and the right you wish to exercise, and anything that helps us locate your data.

We will inform you of our decision within a maximum of 20 business days from receiving your request and, if it proceeds, make it effective within the following 15 business days. These periods may be extended once for an equal period where the case justifies it. We will respond through the same channel you used to send your request.

9. Revoking your consent

You may revoke any consent you have given us at any time, without retroactive effect, by writing to info@itevox.tech with the subject "Consent revocation", stating your name and the processing it refers to; your request will follow the same procedure and timeframes as ARCO requests. Note that if your data is needed to comply with a legal obligation or to complete an ongoing request, we may not be able to act on the revocation immediately.

10. Limiting use or disclosure

In addition to the above, you can ask us to limit the use or disclosure of your personal data —for example, to stop receiving communications from us— by writing to info@itevox.tech; we will add you to our exclusion list. You can also block cookies from your browser settings, as described in the cookies and analytics section.

11. Supervisory authority

If you believe your personal data protection rights have been violated, you may turn to Mexico's Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno (Ministry of Anti-Corruption and Good Government), the competent authority in this matter. We will gladly address any concern you raise with us directly first.

12. Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy Notice to reflect legal changes or changes in our processing. The means by which we communicate any change is this very page: the current version will always be published here, with its last-updated date. If a change involved processing your data for purposes requiring your consent, we would obtain it before applying them.

13. Contact

If you have questions about this notice or how we process your data, write to us at info@itevox.tech.
